Edison demo party is a grand old tradition in the Swedish demo scene. It started in 2011 and has held a great digital arts festival every year except 2024. Ericade.radio will be broadcasting live from there, but we're also part of the event ourselves as organizers. On the demo party itself, we will give the audience a walk through memory lane with the best, most interesting and strange images from the competitions of yesteryear's Edison. We will also come back as commenters on the demo party itself and interview some of the sceners. Expect hearing some of the legends in the scene talk about the magic they create.

The theme is "Hold your horses, and release your prods!". It's a wild, wild west out there and the Cowboys and the Indians are here to present their demos, music, art and skills in programming shaders. Expect a to see the newest ways of bringing old hardware to new levels.

Coreus and DJ Daemon are your hosts on ericade.radio and will be live on the 17th and 18th of July to bring you everything from interviews and guests to discussions and much more! We also give you a brand new list of the best in chiptune and tracker music. Many songs you have yet to hear on the station.
