DJ Daemon: The remixes are not fresh, but they’re definitely current. Dr. Future brings a 10-month-old and very soft tune called “Full contact” to the table. That nets him a ninth place and 147 points. Am I the only one getting “Dojo Dan”-vibes here? This is a personal favorite.

I wonder if stupidity can be some sort of nosognosia. You have it, but you don't even know that you do. You see, the word means having a disability and no way of understanding that you do. Ok, this has nothing to do with the artist or the song, it's just the name of it. It's a really cool tune and it's by Necropolo. It crashes down on place 7 with 150 points.

Time for fifth place. A ghost walks over Europe. It's the ghost of Michael Jackson in the spectral form of Macke singing ghosts and thrillers. You know the game and you know the album. It gets 157 points but some should be removed for not involving Vincent Price or maybe Elvira. The text is hilarious. That game was hard to beat.

DJ Daemon: Should you be suspicious when one of the orgas gets first place. Probably not, but Slaygon yanks the gold medal away from his partner and co-host. He’ll be sleeping in the doghouse for that. At 171 points, the same as the silver medal, he is the winner of today! The song, “Black Lamp” is…
Hmm, should you be suspicious when one of the Orgas gets first place? Probably not, but Slaygon janks the gold medal away from his partner and co-host. Well, he'll be sleeping in the doghouse for that. At 171 points, the same as the silver medal, he is the winner of today. The song Black Lamp is truly awesome. By the way, does that even work?My lamps go black when the bulb burns out.

DJ Daemon: We’re leaving the remix compo part of the podcast and jump right into the SID/C64 compo entries. A bit of a warning, you might want to turn the volume down, so you don’t damage your hearing. SID tunes can be a bit high-pitched. On fifth place, we find Moldvix with “Illegal Twingos” at 92…

DJ Daemon: Almost done, now! Silver is raining over Shogoon for Mad Donna. I draw a blank here, but is that some old, remixed Madonna song I don’t know of, or are the voices in my head acting up. 154 points, anyway.

And we're leaving. It's been a hectic weekend and this is the third podcast episode I release in two days. Time to relax and wait for the next demo party. A-Rock is over and 95 visitors registered to vote and create tunes. The result was great and the reason that it got this many entries for the remix compo was that it didn't have to be made for the demo party. The remix combo by itself was run by Slay Radio, so kudos to them as well. You're doing a great job Slaygun and Siona. And so are the Auroch Orgas. Keep the demo scene alive! This is DJ Daemon signing off and leaving the studio as I found it. You know, a pigsty and a messed up wreckage with cables crisscrossing the room.
