ericade.radio - Time for Flashback, tracks from the past - with your host DJ Daemon

DJ Daemon Time for flashback. Tracks from the past. With your host, DJ Daemon. Ladies and gentlemen, it's time to chill because here is one hour of the chilliest music I can find. And you're gonna enjoy it. It's track music, of course, and we're starting with Falcon and Blue Water Cave.

DJ Daemon invites you to chill about with nice music.

Falcon - Blue water cave

DJ Daemon presents a medley of tunes.

DJ Daemon 8 minutes of pure bliss if you ask me, really well tracked tune that one. We're going on with the first and only medley you're getting today. It starts with Arctur Tune and Lazy007, Arctur Tune again with Lazy, Skaga of Shining, Bonfires in Heaven and Drax Christmas Day. Enjoy!

Arctertune - Lazy-007

Arctertune - Lazy

Skaga of Shining - Bonfires in heaven

Drax - Christmas day

DJ Daemon talks about modern games and loading time.

DJ Daemon What's going on in the studio you might wonder? Well, I'm trying to download Flight Simulator 2020 on this computer and it's 72 % done. And that's great, but it's been going on for six to eight hours or something like that. I have lost track of time. I'm just wondering, was it this bad back in the day when we complained about the 1541's floppy drive and it took 10 minutes to load a game? Well, it's actually worse. Now that's something for you.

Basehead - Forever

DJ Daemon about the topsy-turvy weather we're having in Sweden.

DJ Daemon That was Basshead and forever. The weather here in Stockholm is snowy. 0 degrees centigrade and very nice. But I can tell you one thing. I don't know what is gonna be tomorrow or what it was yesterday because it's shifting very fast. It's minus 21 day. Next day it's plus 10 and it's melting and it's coming ice and it's snow and you know it's totally crazy. We are going on with tracker artist. We don't know who it is. With Forgiven.

Trackerartist - Forgiven

DJ Daemon talks about this now becoming a monthly podcast.

DJ Daemon We have decided, me that is, I have decided that this podcast is monthly. That is, you get another one in February and March and April and so on. But it's not every week as it used to be. I don't have time for it I'm afraid. But you will get good music on the station 24-7 if you go to Ericade. Radio. And while you're waiting for that, let's go on with Cyborg Jeff and Indian Cavern.was never happier than I got a chance to help out that way. I wanted to spend the life out in the fields, taking care of the seal. I could feel closer to God. I used to pray that my heart was outstretched because it was more painful. It easier now than to be saved.

Cyborg Jeff - Indian cavern

DJ Daemon talking about upcoming demo scene parties.

DJ Daemon tune with a little bit less chill than the other ones but hey still it fits the frame so to speak. We are doing chilly music and some other nice stuff. And talking about nice stuff what about the demo scene? Well we have something coming up. Djurman out of Winter, Färjan 2024. It's on the 2nd of February. Then have Lovebite 2024, Fjälldata 2024 and Mountainbite 2024 and Assemblywinter 2024.Yeah, there's a lot of things going on, so don't miss out on the demo scene.

Codekk - Senses

DJ Daemon talks about retro.gg (Retro spirit)

DJ Daemon Yellow, chill and very slow song. Nice. Codec and senses. That is the artist is called Codec. And I'm going to talk about something we mentioned earlier, but I actually want to tell you again about it. It's the retro spirit. If you like old computer games, you can go to the site called retro.gg and look into a lot of games from a lot of platforms you never even knew existed. Very nice. We are going on with Emu.The Emu and Foodman in the Duck Town.

theEmu - Food man in duckland

DJ Daemon This is Flashback, Trex from the past and I am DJ Daemon. We are going on with Ballistic and Dots. We got about 20 minutes to go and then you're gonna have to find some other podcast.

DJ Daemon presents the next tune.

Ballistique - Dots

DJ Daemon talks about Slayradio.

DJ Daemon Ballistic and DOTS. And it's time to plug the competition if I may say so. There is another station you can listen to if you like the sound of Ericade.Radio. It's called Slay Radio and it's a bit different. They play more like remixes of old computer games, whereas we play all kinds of track music. Well anyway, we're going on with Glitch and Cringe.

Glitch - Cringe

DJ Daemon reminds you how to request tunes on the station.

DJ Daemon I don't know if you know this, but if you don't, this station has a request button which means you can request any tune you want as long as it's on the station of course. So if you go to ericade.radio and click request a tune, you can actually request whatever you want here and within 30 minutes you will hear it on the 24-7 stream. We're going on with Shado Sonic, Nones and Moses.

Shade of Sonic - Nuns und moses

DJ Daemon presents next tune.

DJ Daemon This is Flashback, Tracks from the past, our monthly podcast from the Ericade Radio Network. And I am DJ Daemon. Anyway, we are going on with ADKD and chill, chill, chill, because why not? I think we should. This is a journey into sound. A journey which along the way will bring to you new color, new dimension, new value.

ADKD - Chillchillchill

DJ Daemon With all this fresh air, we're gonna sleep like babies.

DJ Daemon leads you into that good night with the following tunes.

DJ Daemon Okay, this podcast is now coming to its end. A few songs to go before we lead you into that good night. I'm Didier Deamon and the songs coming up are Dave of Vacuum with December Rain, Solaris with Experience and Aux, A Night of the Clouds. Remember you can always listen to our podcast at ericade.radio.
