At last, inspiration comes back! I like this tune a  lot.   It  makes  heavy
use of samples from my Roland D-50. I totally love this synth's  sound,   so
I plastered the tune with samples from it, so  be  warned  of  some  serious
80s pads action! :-)

Since I had absolutely no ideas for a  new  tune  (despite  developing  some
awesome melodies on my  D-50),   I  began  looking  through  old  unfinished
modules a week before Revision and I stumbled across a  two-patterns  module
which I wanted to develop into a proper for a long time now.  The  first  19
channels of pattern 0 and 1 are pretty much exactly from that module.  So  I
just started adding an intro using some amazing pad  sounds  from  the  D-50
and developed the tune further. Some days later, voilà,   a  finished  tune!
Dreamy synthpop, mmh... I like this.

This tune was entered  into  the  tracked  music  compo  at  Revision  2012,
where it ranked 4th. I was a bit surprised not get  into  the  top  3,   but
then again, it was  a  really  high  quality  compo  with  lots  of  awesome
entries, and I'm really happy about that!
