🎤 Production Notes

Colophon:Aww, come on, man. You should know that Britney Spears had a hit in the late 90s called "Baby, hit me on more time".Features an example of my "Early morning" voice, as I had to record it out of schedule. Darn dead lines.

Time for flashback! Tracks from the past! With your host, DJ Daemon. Let's do that mod archive thing again, shall we? Just playing the songs that got the highest rating for the last couple of days. We're kicking off with music from an old sumo-like game called Svetlograd. It's all tracked music in Pro Tracker, Impulse Tracker and Fast Tracker. Enjoy!

Erik Zalitis 05:54.956

Yeah, I'm here. A doorbell, I don't know why. Anyway, time for today's first medley, but I need to tell you one thing here. I checked the Jumalauta demo party results here and does not seem to be any tracked music that I can use. The real Jumalauta, which I didn't know back then. It will run in late autumn this year. We have to get back on that. But the medley...Yeah,

we're going on with a move of Park with a little dancing punk Saxon like return to Sander and it's not an Elvis song and the hold of bonsai see it hear itErik Zalitis 11:20.078

Time for a reentry on the station. It's a legend, Jogail Liljedal, and it's a song we used to play, but haven't for a number of months. Yes, it's physical presence. And on the 25th of May, rating a 10 out of 10, what else can you do? It's Ivan Mokan, who writes...I do not very like mod ship tools, but anyway I have enjoyed this track very much. Still wondering, it was written in 93. Great work, Joguer Liljadal. Well, the grammar is what you used to expect from mod archives sometimes, but I agree. Fantastic.

Erik Zalitis 17:28.75

Amazing, really isn't it? I heard it so many times. At any rate, we are going on with the dream fish of TRSI and he has converted a person of the main team, of Mikey, on the C64. It took him freaking ages to make this as noteperfect as possible. So it had better be appreciated and good news it is.Yeah, just a few days, rating it 10 out of 10. Muse wrote, does the original justice. Yeah, I think you're both happy now.

Erik Zalitis 22:42.152

It was just a few days ago when a shy Glowberry boy rated the next song 9 out of 10 and he wrote... of my old favorites definitely goes to my Nostalgia Factor playlist. I'm glad I rediscovered this after half a year. Okay, and what is it? It's Doctor Future and did it futures way.

Erik Zalitis 27:23.192

Michael Cisnell. He calls himself Hades of Cassiopeia and he has composed the next song called Endless End. It's an Amiga 4-tracker module. comments? Check, we got Gilder wrote a few days ago, rating it 9 out of 10. Really like it. Nothing offensive. No screeching in my ears. No ridiculous drumbeats. No horrible white noise.Just nice melody, very chilled out.

Erik Zalitis 32:09.294

Let's go on with a winner in my book and also a winner in evoke97's book the demo party where it won the song is called fashion nugget and It's by a move member of unable and TDR and the comments 9 out of 10 by rex or 42 deserved He wrote a few days ago. This module is very goodIt sounds modern.

Erik Zalitis 36:08.078

True niceness there. Next up is Hades of Cassiopeia again, but another song I might add. It was written in 1994 and it's called Invader. Gilder rated it 9 out of 10 a few days ago, writing quite a lot of variety of sounds and instruments. A quality demo-wibed I say.

Erik Zalitis 39:57.164

We generally don't do remixes that often. Yeah, we have a number of them by Alistair Brimble and Dr. Awesome, of course, but it's not the mainstay of the station. That would be Slay Radio. That's a great station, by the way. No, but we will do one now. It's by Jolk of Perlax, roots in Sahara, but it's called Temple of Sun.remix. And 10 out of 10 is Kit SD, that's what he gave it. And he actually told us where you could find unremixed versions. So I'm gonna put a link in the description, you can find them too. But we are going on with this one, a fast tracker. And the last one, it was an Amiga module. Yes, you know.

Erik Zalitis 43:48.91

Yeah, some good techno there. And I got something for you. Next up is En Tiona Morala by a Miguel Gámez. Comment? Hayi Da Musician a few days ago wrote, and he rated it 10 out of 10. Even though this is from 1995, 27 years ago, it still sounds great and I like it's in stereo. The samples have a low sample rate, but of course they do, cause this song was done with a computer in 95. It's Screamtracker by the way. That is not every day you hear.

Erik Zalitis 47:21.142

If you think about it, we have played a lot of Amiga music today. Modules and Scream Tracker. Niceness, isn't it? We are going on with a real silly one. Yeah, it's an Amiga module, I promise you. It's the Pink Panther mix. It's from, of course, the Pink Panther movies, if you remember them. But it has been remixed into techno and pretty well.ReJack, he wrote a few weeks ago, rating it 10 out of 10, an old favorite, I listened to this so many times. Yeah, absolutely loved the movies, and this is silly to the max. Well, do you remember who was the guy playing the lead role?

Erik Zalitis 54:42.918

And this is sampler abuse, I tell you. Here's me, DJ Demon, ready to sign out. Or sign off, or whatever you want to say. Leading you into that good night. That would be the last two songs of today. The last song will be Bit Arts, an emotional thing. And we are going on with Virgil and Daskhan. Low carb kefte. Kefte is some sort of Turkish finger food.I don't know, we have the Swedish meatballs here, nobody likes those. And in America hamburgers and pizza, guess that's Italian really, who's counting? Thanks for listening.
