This is nolonger a thing, but for a long time it always did. The joke is a the hour between 3-4 am is called "the wolf hour" in Scandianvian countries.It's connected with failures, death and destruction. And Chernobyl. But the poor song is innocent here. It's just a all around awesome Amiga 4-channel tune.
